My Circadian Day is a daily plan with personalized advice to help people manage their modern lives in accordance with their individual circadian biology. It's a framework for improving your sleep, alertness, health, and quality of life.

My Circadian Day is based on the latest science and uses data such as an individual's normal sleep pattern chronotype, age, and sex to generate each plan. Advice includes when to prioritize and avoid light, when and what type of food to eat, when to exercise and intensity level, and how best to use caffeine and when to avoid it.

Each plan also includes an empowering circadian Q&A with guidance on how to tackle expected deviations to the plan, which inevitably will happen.
