Timeshifter may provide the Services to enterprise customers that offer access to their employees, members, or customers (“Enterprise Customers”).

When access to the Services is provided through an Enterprise Customer:

  • Each individual user remains subject to this Privacy Policy and is required to agree to it as part of onboarding or first use.

  • Timeshifter acts as an independent controller of personal information processed through the Services.

  • Enterprise Customers may receive limited, aggregated, or de-identified information relating to usage, engagement, or outcomes, as permitted by applicable law and contractual agreements.

  • Timeshifter does not share personally identifiable information with Enterprise Customers or other organizations by default. Personally identifiable information will be shared only if the individual user has explicitly agreed to such sharing, and only to the extent described at the time consent is obtained.

The handling of personal information in connection with enterprise agreements may also be governed by a separate data processing agreement or enterprise contract.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising without appropriate consent where required by law.
