Role overview:
As the growth lead at Timeshifter, you will be responsible for scaling Timeshifter’s user base by developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies. Your focus will be on increasing downloads, engagement, and subscriptions for Timeshifter’s apps. You will use social media marketing, paid advertising, SEO, influencer collaborations, landing page optimization, and email marketing to drive measurable growth.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, loves testing and iterating, and understands how to leverage marketing channels effectively.
What you will do:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to acquire and retain users.
Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and other platforms.
Design, run, and analyze A/B tests for landing pages, ad creatives, and email campaigns to improve conversion rates.
Collaborate with influencers and content creators to increase brand awareness and credibility.
Optimize SEO strategy to improve Timeshifter’s organic search rankings and drive traffic to the website.
Create compelling social media content and campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
Launch and manage email marketing campaigns to engage users and drive conversions.
Set up and refine retargeting strategies to maximize user retention and engagement.
Analyze data, track performance, and continuously optimize marketing efforts to improve ROI.

Requirements:
Proven experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing, preferably in a mobile app, travel, or wellness industry.
Strong expertise in paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) and SEO.
Experience working with influencer marketing and partnerships.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and A/B testing platforms.
Ability to write compelling ad copy, emails, and landing page content that converts.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot), and retargeting strategies.
Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for health, wellness, and travel is a plus.
Preferred skills:
Experience in app store optimization (ASO).
Familiarity with UI/UX principles for landing pages and marketing funnels.
Knowledge of affiliate marketing and referral programs.
Basic design skills (Figma) for creating ad creatives.
