Really does work

Remarkably this really works. Did a 4 day trip from Copenhagen to San Francisco which would normally cause severe jet lag on return, but my circadian rhythm has only shifted about 1 hour, which I attribute to the flights trying to follow the time of the origin, making some instructions a bit harder to follow. A nice feature, if possible, would be dynamic adjustments based on feedback during the trip, eg. failing to complete a step or only partially being able to follow a step
