I was skeptical at first and I’ve always had problems with jet lag. On my recent US -> SE Asia trip I used this app and followed along the best I can to the preadjustment schedule and the schedule on the plane. The sleep schedule on the plane was a little challenging but I did my best, (using eye masks and melatonin when I’m supposed to sleep, and only taking 20 min naps when I really can’t stay awake), and I was actually able to adjust to the time difference really quickly! Immediately jumped into full days of activity and didn’t feel my usual jet lag discomfort/sickness. I’m impressed!
